INGREDIENTS

  • 100g chicken, cooked

  • 50g brown/white rice, cooked

  • 1/2 avocado (approx 70g)

  • 50g sweetcorn

  • 50g black beans

  • 50g ice berg lettuce

  • 1/2 tomato

  • 25g red onion

  • 25g yogurt 


TO MAKE

Arrange all ingredients in the bowl & voila!
