The investment

£225 / 1200 aed per month.

My why…

Why am I so passionate about helping you achieve weight loss without restriction and frustration?

Because I've experienced ALL the dieting hell and disordered eating myself!

Five years ago, I was stuck in cycles of binge eating, struggling with weight loss, fearing food, and confused by conflicting nutritional advice. I tried every fad diet - starved myself, skipped meals, binged, excessive cardio - all the toxic dieting and was getting no where!

Then I realised the restrictive diets and food rules were the problem, causing my disordered eating, bingeing and yo-yoing weight loss & gain.

I learned to nourish my body instead of punishing it. I realised weight loss was possible without all the struggle, by removing self-imposed food rules.

Now, I help women achieve healthy weight loss and break free from restrictive dieting & poor relationships with food.

My coaching combines qualifications (AFN Certified Level 4 Nutrition Coach & L3 PT), evidence-based science, personal experience & proven client success.

My goal with TARM is to replace what hasn't been working for you with a transformative approach that WILL!
